Excerpts from reviews
Adéle had a fairly small role in this film, so she is generally not mentioned in reviews of the film.

“Alternating insouciance and sensuality, Iris in Bloom draws attention to two new young talents of French cinema. Créton (Bluebeard, Mia Hansen-Løve’s upcoming Goodbye First Love) plays Iris, a shy brunette. Her best friend is played by Adèle Haenel (Water LiliesHouse of Tolerance), a vibrant blonde and bombshell beauty.”

Comments
Claire Mathon (cinematographer for Portrait de la Jeune Fille en Feu) was the cinematographer on this film and took the photographs featured in the film.

  2. Yes, the interconnections between people in the French cinema scene are very complex. It seems that everyone has worked with everyone else at some stage or other.
